Watch: The Gaslight Anthem Perform On Jimmy Fallon

The Gaslight Anthem have celebrated the release of their latest album in true style this past week, rounding off a week worths of events with a performance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

Performing the first single from ‘Handwritten’ - the rather memorable ‘45’ - you can check out the band’s performance below.



The four-piece also celebrated their highest charting position in the UK album charts yesterday (Sunday 29th July) when their fourth album snuck in at the number 2 spot.

‘Handwritten’ was released on the 23rd July through Mercury Records, and is eleven tracks in length.

In other news, the band will head out on tour this October in support of their new album, ‘Handwritten’, with two shows scheduled at London’s Brixton Academy.

The run currently consists of five dates, with stops in London, Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham, and will follow on from an appearance at Reading & Leeds Festival this August.
