Paul McCartney announced his new album ‘Egypt Station’ last month, and has now shared details of a short run of UK arena dates on the back of the record.
The Beatle will play three pre-Christmas gigs, kicking off at Liverpool’s Echo Arena on 12th December, before playing the SSE Hydro in Glasgow on the 14th and London’s O2 Arena on the 16th.
“There’s nothing like performing in front of your home crowd, especially when it’s been a while,” he says of the new shows.
“I can’t wait to finish the year on such a high by partying in Liverpool, Glasgow and London. We’ve freshened up the show since our last time round and we are excited to get to play some of our new songs alongside some of the favourites.”
We recently spoke to Paul McCartney in a world exclusive interview, about the creation of ‘Egypt Station’, working with Greg Kurstin, Kanye West, Ryan Tedder and more, and plans for a 50th anniversary reissue of Beatles classic ‘The White Album’.
