IDLES have shared a danceable new remix of St Vincent’s single ‘Pay Your Way In Pain’, which you can check out below. The track appears on Annie Clark’s 2021 album ‘Daddy’s Home’, while IDLES released fourth album ‘CRAWLER’ last month. “What I really enjoy about the ‘Daddy’s Home’ album is using this camp energy in a really violent way,” IDLES guitarist and producer Mark Bowen explained. “This embracing of the nostalgic even the kitsch but using it to make progressive futuristic music. He added: “It reminded me a lot of the energy of early house and techno but wrapped up in this early ’70s aesthetic.
